Parking: Customers can use the Clocktower free valet over the holidays and you can also park in any unmarked spaces.

Circle Time – 5 & under, accompanied by an adult – stories, singing, gardening, fun.  Every Tuesday and Thursday 9.15am.  

Inclusive Circle Time – suitable for children of all abilities, aged 5 & under – a playful and engaging communication-focused circle time with songs & stories.  Inclusive Circle Time is lead by Amy Houston MSEd, who is an early childhood educator & developmental specialist. Every Wednesday 10.15am.

Story Time – All age, stories, crafts, visiting authors & illustrators, guest readers. Every Saturday 11am and 3pm

 Winter Story Time – Mondays 10am, all age, starting December 3rd, running through February 4th 2019.

We have started our Diaper Drive in Partnership with Help A Mother Out  and it runs until and including Christmas Eve.  Help a Mother Out is a non-profit organization that works to improve baby and family well-being by increasing access to diapers for families in need.  Drop off any new spare diapers you may have in the special bin in the shop and make someone else’s holiday period a little easier.

 

Tuesday 27th November – Llama Llama Helps Kids in Need – Donate Pajamas to Do a Good Deed!

27th November is “Giving Tuesday” – bring a set (or 2) of new pajamas to donate for a child who need them (we hear Costco has some great deals on PJs right now) and place them in our donation box. For every set of pajamas donated, Penguin Young Readers will donate a book. We will be having a special story time at 3.30pm, and all those who bring PJs to donate will get a sticker, a cookie and will be entered into a raffle to win some Llama Llama and Bel & Bunna’s goodies! Pajama Program will help distribute the pajamas and books after the event. #givingtuesday

Thursday 29th November – Hanukah Story Time 3.30pm, with Rabbi Rebecca. Join us for some Hanukah stories and a snack! NOTE THE DATE CHANGE!

Friday 14th December – Making Connections 9.30am, A new class for Mommies and/or Daddies and their baby (0-9 months). Learn to connect with your baby through touch and feel, lead by local children’s physical therapist Trish Brown.  Trish has been a pediatric PT for 28 years and studied at UC Davis and Mt St Marys college in LA. She currently works with the Regional Centre of the East Bay and the Lafayette School District in Early Intervention and Preschool Intervention. SIGN UP CLASS, maximum five babies. No older siblings so that you can concentrate on fully on your baby.

Saturday 22nd December – Santa at Bel and Bunna’s!   Between 1pm and 3pm, tickets are $10 per child, and include a photo opportunity and a gift for each child.  Ping Bel to reserve your ticket(s), choose between 1pm-2pm and 2pm-3pm.

Monday 24th December – New Dog Man book is Released. Ping Bel to pre-order your child’s copy. We will be in the parking lot from 7am for drive through pick up of the wrapped up book.
