Classes

Bel and Bunna’s Books are excited to offer some classes at the shop over the next few months.  Due to the size of our shop, spaces are limited and so all our classes require the participants to sign up beforehand!  The book club and crafting afternoons are free, and the knitting and coding classes have a small charge to cover the costs of materials.

Arts & Crafts

Lindsey from Paper Source in Walnut Creek will be at Bel and Bunna’s every so often over 2018, leading crafting classes.  The classes are free, but places need to be booked prior to each event. Please email Bel to confirm your place or call her on 925 298 5512.  We had a lot of sticking/stamping/creating fun when Lindsey was here in December and cannot wait to partner with Paper Source again over the next 12 months!

Knitting/Crochet

In partnership with BusyStix in Lafayette, Bel and Bunna’s will be offering a knitting/crocheting class over 2018.  The plan would be to meet once or twice a month, starting in February.  If you would be interested in learning more about this class, please contact Bel.

Coding

Alan from Blackrock is offering a ‘technology’ class.  Meeting once a month on a Sunday afternoon, we will learn programming/coding/design as well as building our own mini computers!  If you are interested in finding out more, please get in touch with Bel!

Book Club

Bel is starting a reading group!  If you are between 8 and 11 years old and would be interested in joining, we will be meeting at 4pm on Saturday 3rd February to talk about books in general, about which books we love and which books we don’t, and about which book will be our first group read!!
